RIVA Racing Offering Race-Ready Yamaha GP1800 Packages

350-horsepower machine comes loaded with aftermarket parts

The innovative team at RIVA Racing appear to have got their hands on a 2017 Yamaha GP1800 ahead of time and have designed  and built a version that is ready to race and available to buy.

Dubbed the RIVA GP1800R Limited Edition, this model comes loaded with parts designed by RIVA Racing and a couple of other select aftermarket manufacturers. Here is how RIVA Racing describes its new machine:

“The RIVA GP1800R Limited Edition was developed for performance enthusiasts who demand the ultimate in power and performance. The limited production of twenty five units features a host of RIVA Performance Products perfectly matched to the Yamaha GP platform. Each unit features exclusive hull graphics and orange anodized components. Under the hood, a powder coated orange valve cover quipped with an engraved number plate (1-25) emphasizes the limited nature of this watercraft. The engine produces a fully reliable 350 horsepower which delivers incredible acceleration and a top speed of 80mph. To compliment the added power, the unit includes upgraded steering and handling components for complete rider control. The RIVA GP1800R Limited Edition is a race ready muscle craft built for the track or local buoy course.”

RIVA Racing is building 25 of the kits, which carry a price tag of $25,995. As a comparison, the stock unit retails for $13,999.
