The ocean can be an unforgiving place and unfortunately, it doesn’t care if you’re doing a good deed like rescuing a helpless surfer or not. This guy got a little too close to the backwash of a monster wave and paid the price. It serves as a good reminder for anyone who takes a PWC into the ocean to always be alert, especially when near large waves.
