We can't argue that it doesn't work
We’re guessing that someone was blocking the boat ramp and these guys were a little too impatient to wait. Backing up to the edge of the dock and tying off to a PWC already in the water is certainly one way to get in the water quicker, but we wouldn’t recommend it.
