All of the affected models, says the ACCC, should be inspected and, if necessary, have a new tank installed by an authorized Honda dealer. In total 54,837 models built between 2001 and 2007 are affected by the recall. At the time of publish, the Consumer Product Safety Commission in the United States has not issued a matching recall notice.
