IF you have troubble with performance, CHANGE the jet pump housing and install the aluminum housing from a 2008 and up Wake. It will fix the problems as BRP wont come out and tell you whats wrong, but the plastic housings warp and wear out the wear rings. Trust me i changed mine last summer after AL... Read Full Review

Had troubles towing skier

2005 GTX Wake



Had troubles towing a 220lbs slalom skier. No problems pulling same person out of water on a wakeboard but unable to pull person out with the one ski.

Same person had no troubles getting out of the water behind a 2003 GTX DI.

Performance Issues Resolved

Hi, recently brought a second hand Seadoo GTX Wake edition with 155hp motor.



Took it out a few times and thought it went well but when trying to pull a skier out of the water it struggled and cavitated. The engine has the power but not the thrust to get out of the water.
