So far has been a good machine...knock on wood!

Had troubles towing skier
By Brent Jacklin(Owner), Jul. 31, 2009

Had troubles towing a 220lbs slalom skier. No problems pulling same person out of water on a wakeboard but unable to pull person out with the one ski.
Same person had no troubles getting out of the water behind a 2003 GTX DI.
The 2005 GTX Wake has been taken into 3 different deal...ers and no one can figure out the problem. No problems in test area, but still frustrating on the water.
No other issues with this machine. Read Full Review
Performance Issues Resolved
By Nev(Owner), Jan. 9, 2016

Took it out a few times and thought it went well but when trying to pull a skier out of the water it struggled and cavitated. The engine has the power but not the thrust to get out of the water.
Booked it in at Seado...o, told them of the issue and they replaced the seal around the impeller and allegedly removed a few small pebbles from the intake.
Anyway upon returning to the water I noticed an immediate improvement and it got better over the day. The following day it had no trouble pulling a skier out of the water. Obviously there was some bypass occurring and was losing thrust. All good now and very happy.
